iPhone 6 vs. Galaxy S5 reviewThe iPhone 6 and the Samsung Galaxy S5, both belong to the top notch smart phones of the running year. The level of these smart phones can be deduced from their price ranges. These are the most expensive smart phones existing right now. The iPhone 6 was released in September 2014, where as the Galaxy S5 came in February of the same year. The major difference between them is the change in the operating systems. IPhone 6 is loaded with the iOS 8 versions and S5 has an Android Lollipop version. When we talk about the dimensions, iPhone 6 is a little skinnier than the S5. To be more precise iPhone 6’s dimensions are 5.44 x 2.64 x 0.27 inches (138.1 x 67 x 6.9 mm) and S5 have dimensions of 5.59 x 2.85 x 0.32 inches (142 x 72.5 x 8.1 mm). Samsung leads in many of the technical specifications as compared to the iPhone 6. The S5 has a 16 MP rear camera with a 2.1 MP front lens. IPhone has an 8 MP rear and a 1.2 MP front camera. Even though there is a huge different in the lens specifications but the there is not much difference in the picture quality. This is due to the remarkable lens quality from Apple. Samsung embedded the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 MSM8974-AC in the S5. Speed wise there is not much difference in them. Apple might look a little more quicker than the Samsung Galaxy S5. Moreover you will be shocked to know that the processor in S5 is of a much higher rating than in the iPhone 6. S5 comes with Quad core, 2500 MHz, Krait 400, while iPhone 6 with a Dual core, 1400 MHz, 64-bit processor. Even though the ratings are different, you will not notice much difference in the speed quality of both sets. iPhone 6 has a 1 GB of RAM and S5 has 2 GB. Shockingly there is half a difference in that too. The iPhone 6 has a battery rating of 1810 mAh. S5 again leads in this department.
